BIOGRAPHY OF STEVEN R. BERRY
2006-2009 Director
Steve Berry began his metal casting career at Progress Pattern, a division of Lear Seigler Corporation, in 1974. At Progress he completed the patternmakers apprenticeship program and worked in all departments including layout and project management.
In 1993 Steve went to work for Cliff Rothwell and Nick Wuest at Tooling & Equipment International. At TEI he managed and built prototype and production tooling for SPM, Low Pressure, Lost Foam, Precision Sand, Plastic Injection, and Blow Molding. He has held positions including project manager, senior project manager, and quoting manager. This year Steve has been promoted to Sales and Marketing, an opening created by the retirement of TEI partner, Roger Mateyak.
Steve invites all to visit TEI 's website [www.teintl.net], tool building facility, and Casting Development Center. The CDC test runs foundry tooling built at TEI then pours and validates the castings from said tooling. The CDC also produces prototype and low volume aluminum castings.
Steve is a long time resident of Union Lake Michigan. He and wife Sarah enjoy spending time with family, vacationing, and golf.
